Katuwang is preparing for pilot operations. These terms describe its proposed information and booking arrangements; they do not indicate that paid bookings or payment processing are currently active.

Nature of the platform

Katuwang Web Portal Services is an online marketplace intended to connect customers with independent service providers. The providers, rather than Katuwang, ordinarily perform the underlying services. Specific service terms, eligibility, provider screening, and scope are subject to pilot implementation.

Prices and quotations

The publicly displayed ₱500–₱3,000 figure is an indicative general price range, not a fixed quote or guarantee. Customers should receive and agree to the final scope of work, service charges, applicable platform fees, and treatment of materials before work begins.

Bookings and payment

The planned process involves service requests, provider acceptance, a mutually agreed quotation, completion of the service, and payment using methods approved and available at the relevant time. Payment services will not be described as active until authorized and implemented.

Customer responsibilities

Customers should provide accurate job details and a safe place for the provider to perform the agreed work, and should not request unlawful or unsafe services. Providers are responsible for performing work within applicable qualifications and requirements.
